Aloha from Waikiki Park Heights! A Vacation and Residential Condominium 2440 Kuhio Ave.

Do you want to have it all in Waikiki? Do you want a place that's centrally located, close to the glamour and excitement of Waikiki but also quiet, relaxing and peaceful? Then look what will be yours at our three-bedroom apartments on the 21st floor, facing the ocean. Talk about a room with a view! Step on to one of the two lanais in each apartment and enjoy the spectacular scenery. Waikiki Park Heights is toward the eastern end of Kuhio Ave., almost directly in line with the Hyatt Regency Hotel and Kuhio Beach.
Although you cannot tell from these picture, Waikiki Park Heights is set back just a bit from Kuhio Ave. Thus, being here is much quieter, more relaxing than you'd expect from a place in the heart of the action. Recent improvements have made Kuhio Ave. more attractive, more user-friendly than every before. Notice the buses in the picture to the left. Although reserved parking can be arranged at a reasonable cost, you certainly don't need to have a car when you stay at Waikiki Park Heights. There's so much to do within easy walking distance--restaurants, clubs, shops, museums, Kuhio Beach, Kapiolani Park, the aquarium, and lots, lots more--and TheBus is handy to give your feet a rest. As you can see, you have a sweeping view of Waikiki from either lanai. The tallest building in the picture looking west is the Royal Kuhio. The International Market Place is about halfway between the two buildings, on the left (makai) side of Kuhio Ave.
Our homelike apartments will easily accommodate six people. The master bedroom has a king bed and there's a pair of twin beds in the second bedroom. The third bedroom--the one with the private lanai and the spectacular view!--has a double bed.
In another direction, off the lobby and toward the front of the building is a prestigious steak house. If you don't feel like cooking or just heating something in the microwave, you might enjoy a "fine dining" experience without ever leaving the building. The swimming pool is on the fourth floor, away from and above the hustle and bustle of traffic. Enjoy swimming laps or just relaxing here. This is also a great place to meet your new neighbors, some of whom are also vacationing and some of whom are long-term residents and might tell you about interesting, out-of-the-way places. The
Park Heights lobby is light and spacious. At one end is the desk of
a forwarding company. If you buy more things to take home than you can
easily manage, they will box them up and send them on for you.
